However, with how creative she perceived (pun intended) her own manipulation, she can go as far as perceiving her body as solid obsidian or as light as feathers, even without going to the extreme extent of actually becoming those things she is able to change her durability, Agility and other aspects of her physical prowess to better suit whatever fight Shes in.

Sabel explaining her lore:

". I discovered my powers at a fairly young age so once I heard about Kenjacole and his tyranny I trained as often and as hard as I could to one day be the one stop his reign of depression.

Thats why on my armor I have the Iron Cross on my right arm.

The Iron Cross is given to high-ranking German military officials who have proved themselves of such an honor with their achievements."

". Then on my Chest plate I have the Iron Eagle with the letters PR, PR stood for Prussia, again a call to my time in the German military

On one of my missions, I went to the old debris of King Tuts temple in Egypt

To see if there was a secret to defeating Kenjacoles power

Everything was either rusted, destroyed or completely expired

Except,

Excalibur!

It didn’t rust, have any marks

And was shining perfectly on top of all the rubble

When I pulled it out the engravings on the handle became hieroglyphics of the word Italy

I’m guessing as a sign that the holder was born there (me)

And as I like to perceive it

A message from the most divined Weapon in history

To never forget my roots."
